1. Introduction 

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

2. Returns

  • Eligibility: You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.
  • Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Exceptions: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

3. Refunds

  • Process: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Refunds will not be offered for damage to products caused by the shipper (every items is inspected before it is sent) and for misuse of purchased items, or using products beyond limits of recommended.

4. Shipping

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Cancelling an Order

  • Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
  • Notification: To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by email).
